Our fine black wing dried and salted codfish is our most traditional format for our dry salted codfish. Also, we only deal with Norwegian origin codfish. Therefore all our salted codfish is processed at our own facilties in Northern Norway. However drying and sorting are made in Portugal for the majority of our clients.
Our genuine dry salted codfish, is especially made for selected customers who enjoy the delicous taste of salted cod and charish the quality of our finest products. The maturation in salt is a timely event that we control and guarantee, however we can offer several types of cure if required by our clients.
Dried salted cod is has a 7/8 dryness, which is widely sold to the majority of our clientes. However, we do on ocasion produce other types of cure like 3/4 for the Spanish market, we specialize in serving your needs.
